OSCE Secretary General to arrive in Yerevan
An international seminar entitled "Security in the Caucasus" will be held in Yerevan in May. The seminar will feature representatives from twenty countries and international organisations, including an OSCE delegation at the head of Secretary General Marc Perrin de Brichambaut.
