Applications for apartments
The RA Ministry of Sports and Youth Issues declares the launch of the "Suitable apartments for the youth" state program and is accepting applications. The aim of the program is to assist young families in receiving apartments through credit. The assistance is foreseen in two courses:
-loan transfer with a grace period of 10-15 years with a 30 percent prepaid amount, as well as another 10 percent for each child in the family
-partial state subsidization of the interest rate of the credit, another ten percent of the interest rate will be subsidized for each child until the latter reaches adulthood
Applicants are Armenian youth ranging from 18-30 years of age and young families (at least one of the parents' age does not exceed thirty and the single parent is not over 30 years old).
For submitting applications and further information, applicants may appeal to the Department of Youth Policies of the RA Ministry of Sports and Youth Issues located on 9 Abovyan Street, 2nd floor, room 219.
