Arkadi Ghukasyan appointed ambassador
On March 16 Serzh Sargsyan issued a decree to appoint Arkadi Ghukasyan Ambassador with special assignments and grant the diplomatic ranking of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia, as informed by the press office of the RA President.
