Republican Deputy, businessman Ruben Hayrapetyan became the owner of the "Bjni" mineral water factory's" assets and rights to assets after transferring 4,219,432,000 drams to the Service for Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Acts.

Thus, Hayrapetyan became the owner of the company founded by the Sukiasyan family by paying 441 million 500 thousand drams. After the compulsory online auction on February 16 he had prepaid 222 million 68 thousand drams.

Let us remind that there was only one proposal to purchase the company during the compulsory online auction held on February 5-6 and it was actually made half an hour before the end of the auction. If a buyer proposed to purchase the company on that day, the assets and rights to assets of the "Bjni" mineral water factory" company would be put up for auction for the third time. According to the law, in case of no buyer during the second auction the reserve price goes down by 10 percent. In that case, the price demanded would be more than the fixed reserve price. According to the law on "Bargains", in such cases the company is acknowledged bankrupt.

Press speaker of the Service for Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Acts Ruben Grdzelyan still refuses to announce the name of the buyer even after the payment has been made.
