Under the given circumstances labour migration to Russia has become an actual phenomenon. Two residents of frontier villages Koti and Voskepar have set up in business in Russia. They “recruited” and took scores of their fellow-villagers to Russia in the spring.
A successful entrepreneur and benefactor from Voskepar has won a tender of reconstructing railway tracks in one of the RF regions. He has taken scores of hands to work on the site.
