RUBBISH-HEAPS AT EVERY STEP
Support A1+!Residents of Abovian town dump garbage and debris in the streets after garbage trucks disappear. Garbage cans stand half-full surrounded with garbage sacks wrapped in cellophane.
Rubbish-heaps have become common near the town market selling vegetables and fruit. Greengrocers say that every morning refuse tippers pick up garbage of the previous day.
Residents don't even pity scavangers and street-cleaners. They throw garbage out of the windows. One cannot even step some blocks of flats as debris and household rubbish are dumped just at the entrance.
