The arable lands of the Dzrovker settlement near the Tavush-Azerbaijan frontier haven’t been cultivated this year. The tractor was shelled by Azerbaijanis while tilling the land in the spring. Zakar Alexanian, the driver of the tractor, was forced to stop the work.

Most of arable lands in the territory of Baghanis village are not tilled at present as they are adjacent to the frontier, just on the verge of Idzevan-Noyemberian highway. Representatives of international organizations are banned to pass the danger area.
