The elections held in the Goris region Halidzor community were announced invalid. The reason was that the only candidate for the post of the community head, Samvel Asryan did not receive the necessary amount of votes. On November 13 new elections of community head will take place here.

This time there are 3 candidates for the post – the present head Samvel Asryan, Navasard Mkrtchyan and Smbat Mousayelyan.
