Culture

“Beauty of an individual within art – this is the way the images I create can be characterized’’, florist Nadezhda Oganesova said at the exhibition of her works in the UN Yerevan Office.

She doesn’t use a pencil, a brush or aquarelle in her work. She creates images with the dried leaves of different flowers. Let us note that being a biologist she devotes her free time to this kind of art.

''I started with the landscapes of Martiros Saryan, then passed to Rafael, Leonardo da Vinci, Renoir and Boticelli '', the author says. The peculiarity of hers works is that she takes a portrait of one of the above mentioned artists and reproduces it with the help of flowers.
