“Marnik” Ltd importing Finnish butter to Armenia has submitted an application to the State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) which runs in part,

“Our recent survey in Yerevan markets has revealed that some economic entities sell butter of unknown origin under the guise of Finnish butter.” The company has requested the Commission to see to the matter and stop the sale of the product.

According to the SCPEC press service, a lawsuit has been instituted to disclose the factors restricting free competition.
