SARGSYAN INVITED TO GERMANY

Serzh Sargsyan met with Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel in Munch. The interlocutors discussed issues of international and bilateral interest.

At Angela Merkel’s request Serzh Sargsyan presented the current stage of the Karabakh conflict settlement and the Moscow decision of the CSTO summit to create quick response collective forces. Mr. Sargsyan voiced hope that Armenia’s involvement in GSP+ trade will foster economic cooperation between the two countries.

Chancellor Merkel recalled her visit to Armenia in 1980s and invited Serzh Sargsyan to Germany, reports President’s press service.
