Serzh Sargsyan took part in the extraordinary session of the Interstate Council of the Eurasian Economic Association (EuAsEC) after the session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in Moscow.


The talks were held with presidents and continued in a wide format. The Republic of Armenia is an observer in that organization.


The presidents of member countries discussed and signed resolutions to create an anti-crisis fund with a 10 billion dollar capital and establish an international center for advanced technologies during the session of the Interstate Council.


The working visit of the Armenian President ended with the joint conference of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, President of the Russian Federation Dmitri Medvedev and President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko who recapped the CSTO and EuAsEC sessions, according to information of the presidential press service.
