VIOLENCE AGAINST POLICE OFFICER
Support A1+!Resident of the Microshrjan district of Hrazdan city, inspector of the Kotayk division of the Service for Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Orders of the RA Justice Ministry Hayk Babajayan, 28, was transferred to a hospital January 21 at around 9 a.m. after an anonymous person stabbed him with a sharp object. The operative/investigative group left for the scene and a case was instigated based on the 2nd part of article 316 of the RA Criminal Code in the Kotayk Marz investigative division of the RA Police.
Babajanyan has also taken part in the processes connected with the “Bjni” factory.
According to press speaker for the Service for Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Orders, Hayk Babajanyan is heading the cases of enforcement relating to the “Bjni” mineral water factory” CJSC. The service doesn’t exclude that the event could be closely tied to the fulfillment of obligations of the Service for Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Orders.
