The first forum with the theme “Cooperation as the most vital means for development of cultural tourism” organized by the Black Sea Economic Cooperation took place in the Albanian capital of Tirana on the sidelines of Albania’s BSEC presidency. The Armenian delegation was headed by Armenian Ambassador to Albania Vahram Kazhoian. The issues raised and the proposals made during the forum were adopted in the brief document, which will soon be discussed by members of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of BSEC member states.
