On 4 September NKR President Bako Sahakyan met personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office Andrzej Kasprzyk. Issues related to the current situation in the region, Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process and the planned monitoring of the cotact-line between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan armed forces were discussed at the meeting.
