Armenia’s Ombudsman Armen Harutiunian has sent a letter to Samvel Nikoyan, Chairman of the NA ad hoc Committee investigating the March 1-2 occurrences.

“I am sending you the petitions of the pre-trial body and court decisions on the criminal cases instituted on the March 1-2 occurrences and copies of legal acts put into effect before July 8, 2008,” runs the letter.
