SERVICE TEST IN PENITENTIARY INSTITUTION

Resident of Gyumri town, Spartak Ghukassian, intruded into the “Artik” Penitentiary Institution without any permission, report Armenian mass media.

By the order of the RoA Justice Minister a service test will be held in the penitentiary to reveal the details and reasons for the intrusion, said Arsen Babayan, Press Secretary of the Penitentiary Department of the RoA Justice Ministry.

To note: Spartak Ghukassian is the son of Gyumri's Mayor Vardan Ghukassian.
