KOCHARIAN VISITS GENERAL STAFF

On February 1 President Robert Kocharian visited the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia. The President held working consultations with the senior staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defense and the National Security Service.

They discussed issues related to the preparation of the “Rubezh 2008” military exercises to be held in Armenia within the framework of the 2008 programme of the Armed Forces of the Collective Security Treaty Organization member-states.
