December 14 on the initiative of President Robert Kocharian the Speaker of the National Assembly Tigran Torossian signed a decree on convening a NA plenary session at 12:00, December 17, under Article 70 of the RA Constitution.

The session will consider the President's objections and proposals on the “Law on Amendments to the RA Electoral Code.”
