October 26 under a decree of RA President Robert Kocharian Armen Babayan was appointed Judge of the First Instance Court of Avan and Nor Nork communities. According to another decree of the RA President, Arshak Petrossian was appointed Judge of the First Instance Court of Kentron and Nork-Marash communities. The swearing in ceremony of the newly appointed Judges took place during today’s sitting of the Judicial Council, featuring Robert Kocharian. The Judges swore to carry out their responsibilities in compliance with RA Constitution and laws, to be unbiased, fair and humane, to ensure the rule of law and keep high the reputation of the judicial authority.
