Support A1+!Kamo Avakumyan, representative of the RA Prosecutor’s Office in the Russian Federation met the employees of the Russian Prosecutor’s Office and the investigation group which would carry out the investigation of the case regarding the attempt murder of Tirgar Artzakantsyan in Moscow. The investigation bodies informed that the case was started according to 30-105 Articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and ensured that all necessary measures were taken to reveal the details of the incident and to discover the perpetrators.
The criminal case is investigated by Tver regional investigation department in Russia. The parties agreed that the representative of the RA Prosecutor’s Office would be informed about the process of investigation regularly.
