KOCHARIAN RECEIVES KOVACH
Support A1+!July 6 President Robert Kocharian received Tomas Kovach, the Prosecutor General of Hungary who is on a working visit in Armenia.
The Armenian President welcomed the cooperation between the prosecution systems of the two countries. Parallel to the globalization processes, crimes expand making the cooperation between prosecution systems of different countries more important, Robert Kocharian said. He noted that serious reforms are currently underway in the system of prosecution.
At the same time, Tomas Kovach noted that Hungary has been a member of the European Union since 2004 and they can share the experience with the Armenian side.
According to Robert Kocharyan, for a long time the judicial system of Hungary was in the centre of attention of the Armenian side connected with the cruel assassination of Armenian Officer Gurgen Margaryan, and the criminal received his due punishment.
