SERGE SARGSYAN RECEIVED SIMMONS
Support A1+!RA Prime Minister Serge Sargsyan received Robert Simmons, the Special Representative of NATO Secretary General for the South Caucasus and Central Asia.
The parties emphasized the importance of the Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) with regard to the development of Armenia-NATO political dialogue and cooperation. The Armenian Government will allocate necessary financial means and will concentrate efforts for the timely and effective execution of the Plan,the Prime Minister said.
The parties reflected on Armenia’s participation in peacekeeping missions. Serge Sargsyan mentioned that our country is ready to have an active participation in this mission. Serge Sargsyan showed interest in the developments of the issue of Kosovo independence.
At the end of the meeting the interlocutors reconfirmed the willingness to uphold and develop the cooperation.
