The Armenian Assembly of America congratulates the people of the Republic of Armenia on the May 12th Parliamentary elections. These elections are an historic step toward a fully democratic Armenia, a goal to which Armenia has demonstrated its commitment and leadership in the region through democratic reforms. We encourage the people of Armenia to continue to remain actively involved in the country's political and civic life.

The Armenian Assembly of America is the largest Washington-based nationwide organization promoting public understanding and awareness of Armenian issues. It is a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt membership organization.
