RUSHAYLO IS CONTENT WITH ELECTIONS
Support A1+!May 13, 2007 – RoA President Robert Kocharian hosted Vladimir Rushaylo, CIS Executive Secretary, Chairman of CIS Executive Committee and the head of the CIS Election Observation Mission to Armenia.
Vladimir Rushaylo, presented the CIS mission statement on the elections and noted that the elections were compliant with the RoA Electoral Code.
He assesses the NA elections free, fair and transparent. According to CIS observers the elections promote stability and democracy establishment in the country.
Observers have also registered certain technical flaws and made proposals in this view.
