KOCHARIAN AND OSKANIAN RECEIVE OBSERVERS
Support A1+!RA FM Vartan Oskanian received Leo Platvoet, head of the PACE election observation mission to Armenia.
The key issues of the consideration were the upcoming parliamentary elections, the conduction of the observer mission and the support to the RA election processes.
The RA FM expressed the RA Government’s determination to hold the elections in compliance with the international standards.
Mr. Platvoet claims that the mission members watch the election campaign. In this respect they have met with the representatives of the political forces running for the RA parliament.
On the guests’ request, Mr. Oskanian dwelt on the current phase of the Armenia-Turkey relations and the Karabakh conflict regulation.
To note, RA President Robert Kocharian received the members of the PACE and OSCE Parliamentary Assembly temporary missions.
