On January 22 at 01:27 a.m. a fire broke out in the building of the “Paint factory” CJSC, Artsakh str. 57. Two fire brigades left for the site. The fire was put out at 02:30 a.m.

On January 19 at about 01:20 p.m. a “Kamaz” crashed near the Kapan cemetery. The driver, Arsen Mkrtchyan (b. 1970), and the passenger, Hrayr Sayadyan (b. 1966) were taken to Kapan central hospital. A. Mkrtchyan died there.

On January 20 at 07:00-08:00 several high-voltage lines were damaged in Lichq, Yeranos and Vardadzor villages due to strong wind. The regional government has created a committee in order to investigate the volumes of harm.
