MAYOR BECAME PRESIDENT
Support A1+!Mayor of Gyumri Vardan Ghoukasyan was elected president of the Shirak regional council of the Republican party of Armenia by the decision of the regional council of the party.
It is noteworthy that the post was previously occupied by deputy governor of Shirak Michael Vardanyan.
