By the decree of President Robert Kocharyan Armen Khachatryan and Rafik Melqonyan have been appointed judges of the court of the first instance of Tavoush region.

Today the ceremony of taking the oath by the newly appointed judges took place in the session of the Justice Council.

Armen Khachatryan and Rafik Melqonyan swore to abide only by the Constitution and by the Laws, to be fair and unbiased and keep the reputation of the state and the court high.
