PERMISSION GRANTED ONLY TO THE MANUFACTURERS
The RA Government affirmed the order of granting advertising permission on medicine and medical methods. Only manufacturers producing or realizing medicine are granted permission.
RA WILL GET INSULIN
RA Ministry of Health will allocate 150 million AMD from its 2006 reserve fund to get insulin.
OPTIMIZATION
The RA Government affirmed the optimization of the healthcare systems of Aragatsotni, Armavir, Ararat, Gegharqouniq, Lory, Tavoush, Kotayk, Syunik, Shirak and Vayots Dzor marzes.
The RA Minister of Health, alongside with the marzpets was assigned to view the state of the medical institutions included in the list of optimization and to make suggestions on the modernization of the property and equipment of the above-mentioned establishments after the decision is put into force.
NO MORE SMALL OBJECTS
Over 1994 medium and small objects have been privatized by October 1, 2006.
18 objects were privatized by auction, three of which were shareholding companies. Three of 164 disputable companies were liquidated and three companies wee recognized bankrupt.
THE HOTEL WILL BE GIVEN TO THE REFUGEES
The residents of building 11(former “Arabkir” Hotel), on Gribayedov 1, can privatize their dwelling places under the decision of the RA Government. Most of the residents of the building are immigrants from Azerbaijan who settled in Armenia in 1988 – 1992 and have already been granted Armenian citizenship.
The Mayor of Yerevan was assigned to provide the privatization within two months.
TO PROTECT THE CULTURE
The RA Ministry of Economy and Finance allotted 504 thousand 658 AMD to compensate the debt connected with the archive costs of the documents and maintenance of the state institution “Culture” Program Implementation Office of the “Lince” Fund.
