OSKANYAN ASKED THE OPINION OF NKR
Support A1+!RA Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan visited Stepanakert.
Minister Oskanyan had meetings with NKR President Arkadi Ghoukasyan and Foreign Ministry Georgi Petrosyan on the threshold of the October 24 meeting with Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.
During the meeting the sides discussed issues concerning the negotiations process about the settlement of the Karabakh conflict.
