RF Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met his colleagues from Armenia and Azerbaijan – Vardan Oskanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov. The Foreign Ministers arrived in Moscow in order to reinitiate the negotiations about the settlement of the Karabakh conflict within the framework of the OSCE Minsk group.

During the meeting the sides also discussed the situation in Trans Caucasus, as well as the relations between Armenia and Russia.
