KOCHARYAN REMEMBERS THE HIGH-RANK OFFICIALS

By the decree of Robert Kocharyan a number of Armenian state and military figures were awarded medals and orders in connection with the 15th anniversary of the independence proclamation.

RA Prime Minister Andranik MARGARYAN was awarded an order of St. Mesrop Mashtots for his great share in the economic development and establishment of the country.

RA Defense Minister Serge SARGSYAN was awarded an order of “Tigran the Great” for his great share in the protection of the country, army building and establishment of the statehood.
