TOROSYAN WAS INVITED TO INDIA
Support A1+!RA NA President Tigran Torosyan received Rina Pandey, the Indian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia.
During the meeting issues about enhancing cooperation between the Parliaments of the countries were discussed. Mentioned the efficient political and economic links between the countries, Mrs. Pandey invited the AN President to India on official visit in order to get acquainted with the legislative experience and Parliamentary activity of her country.
Thanking the Ambassador for the invitation, Mr. Torosyan briefed her on the large volumes of work the RA Parliament has taken up after the Constitutional amendments.
During the meeting a reference was made to the incident with the Indian students studying in the Yerevan State Medical University. The sides mentioned that the issue has been settled and cannot cast a shadow on the Armenian-Indian relations.
