KOCHARYAN TO LEAVE FOR ROMANIA

On June 4 Robert Kocharyan will leave for Romania on a two-day working visit to participate in the works of the Black Sea Summit of Dialogue and Cooperation.

The Romanian side which has organized summit looks upon the regional dialogue as an important factor or securing balance which can create favorable conditions for economic development and contribute to the enhancing of the countries of the Black Sea region in Europe. Robert Kocharyan is supposed to make a speech in the summit.

Within the framework of the visit the RA President will have a meeting with the Romanian President Trayan Basesku. Other two-party meetings are also to be held.

The Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan are also supposed to meeting in the capital of Romania. The meeting will start with the participation of the Foreign Ministers of the two countries, the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Karel de Gucht, OSCE Minsk group co-chairs and the personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk. Then the heads of the countries will continue the meeting tête-à-tête.
