SPRING CONSCRIPTION STARTS
Support A1+!Robert Kocharyan has signed a decree about the starting the 2006 spring conscription.
In April-May of the current year all those RA citizens who are 18 years old and have not served in the army will be summoned to fulfill their military duty.
During the same period all those soldiers who have been serving for the last two years will be sent home.
