By the January 17 decree of the RA President Robert Kocharyan Gagik Jhangiryan has been resigned from the post of the RA Military Prosecutor and appointed RA deputy Attorney General.

By another decree Armen Khachaturyan has been appointed Military Prosecutor resigning from the post of the RA deputy Attorney General.
