Support A1+!The President of Lebanon General Emil Lahud received the Armenian Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Lebanon Areg Hovhannisyan within the framework of the farewell visits in connection with his fulfilling the diplomatic mission in Lebanon.
President Lahud and Ambassador Hovhannisyan exchanged thoughts about regional developments. The efforts of the Armenian community of Lebanon to contribute to the development of Lebanon were highly appreciated.
The sides voiced confidence that the diplomatic relations between the countries will continue to develop. President Lahud thanked the Ambassador for his service to the country and awarded him the highest medal of Lebanon for diplomats – «Grand Officer».
The same day Ambassador Hovhannisyan and his wife were received by the fist lady of Lebanon Mrs. Andre Lahud who also wished the Ambassador good luck in his future activities.
