JOINT MEASURES AGAINST CORRUPTION
Support A1+!Today RA NA Speaker Artur Baghdassaryan received Russian Accounts Chamber Chairman Sergey Stepashin.
Russian Ambassador to Armenia Nikolay Pavlov and Chairman of the Armenian Control Chamber Gagik Voskanyan were also present at the meeting. The parties discussed the legislative and practical activities of both structures. S. Stepashin presented the NA Speaker the work of the Russian Accounts Chamber.
The interlocutors also stressed the necessity of coordinated struggle against corruption and strengthening of the role of the Control Chamber including the control over the financial activities of states bodies.
An agreement on practical measures targeted at deepening of cooperation of these structures was as well achieved.
