Today Robert Kocharyan received the EU Three with the Great Britain special representative to Southern Caucasus Brian Fall at the head.

The sides discussed the issue of enhancing the relations with EU in the margins of the European New Neighbors policy, considering the importance of the Individual Partnership Action Plan.

Robert Kocharyan said that the problems with one country must not become obstacle for the negotiations with another country. “We find that EU must have individual approach towards every country included in the New Neighbors program”, he stressed.

During the meeting a reference was also made to the settlement of the Karabakh conflict.
