CONSTITUTIONAL REFERENDUM TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 27
Support A1+!October 27 Armenian President Robert Kocharian signed a decree on appointing the referendum “On amendments to the RA constitution” on November 3.
He also signed a decree on introducing amendments to the law “On Referendum”.
