The Commission on Economy and Finance and the Commission on Science and Education of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly will sit in Yerevan October 7. A joint meeting will be convened October 6. RA NA Chairman Artur Baghdassaryan and CIS PA Secretary General Mikhail Krotov will deliver a welcoming speech, then the commissions will start work separately.

October 5-6 the members of the Commission on Science and Education are scheduled to meet with Minister of Science and Education Sergo Yeritsyan and the teaching staff of the University after V. Brusov. The members of the Commission on Economy and Finance will meet with Minister of Economy and Finance Vardan Khachatryan and attend some industrial enterprises in Armavir region of Armenia.

October 7 both delegations will lay wreaths to the memorial to the Armenian Genocide victims. On the same day they will depart from Yerevan.
