«We are celebrating the 14th anniversary of the independence of Karabakh re-confirming our devotion to the ideas of freedom and democracy», said Robert Kocharyan in his message in connection with the Nagorno Karabakh Independence Day.

According to him, «The historical choice made by the people of Karabakh is unchangeable. And the Republic of Armenia will always support Artsakh. We will do everything possible to approach the just solution of the conflict and we will remain faithful to the principles of peaceful settlement».

And the RA PM Andranik Margaryan mentioned in his message, «I' am sure that together with the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian from the Diaspora Nagorno Karabakh will be able to fight all the challenges and to overcome all the difficulties in order to enhance its newly-established independence».
