ARMENIA COUNTS ON BELGIUM'S ASSISTANCE
Support A1+!Today Armenian Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan received the delegation of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives headed by Herman De Croo.
Andranik Margaryan noted that Armenia hopes for the assistance of the Belgian parliamentarians for the adoption of balanced reports on Armenia prepared by the NATO PA and OSCE rapporteurs. The Premier also highlighted the inclusion of Armenia in the Wider Europe: New Neighbors EU program.
The parties touched upon the Turkish-Armenian relations. In this context Andranik Margaryan thanked the Belgian parliament for adopting in 1998 the resolution condemning the Armenian Genocide.
By request of the Belgian Parliament Speaker Andranik Margaryan familiarized the delegation members with the process and outcomes of the economic reforms carried out in the country.
