April 7 Armenian governmental delegation headed by Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan will depart for Italy to take part in the funerals of Pope John Paul II.

Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Italy Ruben Shugaryan, Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to France and Vatican Eduard Nalbandyan as well as Deputy Foreign Minister Armen Bayburdyan serve on the delegation.

Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II will also depart for Rome.
