THE PAIN OF TERRORISM IS THE SAME
Support A1+!Serge Sargsyan, head of the National Security Council attached to the RA President, received Jibrail Butros Jaara, Lebanon Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Armenia.
«We have felt the results of terrorism ourselves and we know what a terrible loss it is. I am sure that finally the life of the people will return to the normal speed», said Serge Sargsyan at the very beginning of the meeting expressing his condolence for the murder of the ex-Prime Minister Rafik Harrir.
Ambassador Jaara thanked for the condolence and added, «The Armenian nation lost a great friend in the face of Harrir».
Referring to the situation in the country, ambassador Jaara asked the Defense Minister to discuss the question of sending a group of professional sappers to Lebanon.
During the meeting the sides also referred to the issues of regional security.
