Support A1+!In the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh the process of returning the deposits of citizens will soon start. The RNG President Arkadi Ghoukasyan has signed a decree about it. The Decree is about the preliminary compensation of the deposits in «Artsakhbank».
The RNG Government is ordered to realize the compensation of deposits of the victims of the Karabakh war, those born before 1944 and handicaps of first group.
