BUDGET IS FILLED AND «SHADOWS» ARE LOOKED FOR

Today Robert Kocharyan has had a working meeting with Armen Avetisyan, head of the State Tax Committee. The latter has reported about the course of the realization of the orders given by the President during his visit to the Committee at the beginning of the year, and about the work done during January and February.

According to them, if by this time last year 36 cases of smuggling were revealed, the sum of which was 47 million drams, this year 53 cases have been revealed, and 1 billion 609 million has been sent to the budget.

During the meeting the further work of the Tax Committee has also been discussed, particularly the issues about the investigations to be done in the market of consumer goods to reduce the shadows. Robert Kocharyan has mentioned that this field will continue to be in the center of his attention.
