On February 26 Robert Kocharyan has signed decrees confirming the 2005 lists of position suitability of RA judges.

By two other decrees signed that very day Tariel Manoukyan, judge of the court of first instance of the Yerevan Shengavit community, has been dismissed from office due to his age, and Nakhshoun Tavaratsyan, judge of the RA economic court, has been appointed member of the RA Justice Council for 5 years.

Let us remind you that Nakhshoun Tavaratsyan was the judge of the economic court of first instance who in 2002 refused the sue of A1+ against the National Committee of TV and Radio, after which the daily «Aravot» included her into the list of the most famous toadies.
