KOCHARYAN WORRIED ABOUT THE HEALTH OF THE WORKERS
Support A1+!Today Robert Kocharyan has had a working consultation with the members of the government about the construction problems. The President is worried by the fact that this year too the works of design and construction are constantly being delayed.
“Actually, no work is done for months, and starting from May we try to finish the work by the end of the year with an overloaded plan of work, at the expense of the health of the workers”, said Robert Kocharyan. A possible solution of the problem, according to the President, is that the budget process should start earlier, e.g. in November instead of December, which will give additional time to organize the works.
Among the construction problems Kocharyan considers the most important one that of the participation of constructing companies in the competitions.
“There is information that some constructors do not believe in the fairness of the competitions. There are cases when people are persuaded beforehand not to take part in the competitions. I want to warn that in case of confirming the information we will take other measures“, said the President.
The President has demanded all those present to make all efforts not to violate the established plan of work.
